What skills and experience we are looking for?
At Orchard Primary and Pre-school, we are seeking a passionate and caring Class Teacher with a strong commitment to nurturing young minds in Key Stage 2. This post welcomes both Early Career Teachers (ECT) and experienced teachers. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to reflect on their practice, possessing a sense of humour and resilience in the face of challenges.
We are particularly interested in applicants who have experience teaching across KS2, and who demonstrate an adaptable approach to problem-solving and a commitment to the wider curriculum. If you are a solution finder who can support our aims and values, we would love to hear from you!
