Salary Range NJC SCP 40-43 (Worcestershire PO4) annualised hours, equivalent to 1 day per week, all year round

Are you passionate about people, precision, and making a real impact in education? We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HR leader to join our central team as Head of People and help shape the future of our trust.
The Head of People will lead the strategic and operational HR function across the trust. You will ensure the trust attracts, develops, and retains exceptional staff, fosters a high‑performance culture, and ensures robust compliance with education and employment legislation. You will act as the trust’s expert advisor on workforce matters and be a key contributor to our long‑term organisational strategy.
